2009 Summertime

Summer is here!!! The sun has actually shown now for more than one day! We are thankful for the rain but I believe we have had enough. Now the heat will soon be upon us and the cooling systems taxed to their limits. During this wet spring and cool temperatures the typical units have not been performing under much stress, this will soon change. It is important to note that the refrigerant pressures, cleanliness of the filters / duct work will affect the performance and quality of the air flow the unit puts out. With the extreme moisture and humid conditions that we have recently had; mold and mildew inside the systems can be a problem.

Don't wait until its too late and you have a comfort problem. Insure your system is on a timely maintenance program and these conditions are taken into account.
